Questions we get asked
Do you do custom software, or only the AI part?
Both, but never as separate line items. The software around the model is delivered inside a Governed AI Build as integrated end-to-end delivery. You get one system that ships, not a model handed over for someone else to wire up.
Why start with an audit instead of just building?
Because the most expensive AI mistakes are made before any code is written, building the wrong use case, or one with governance exposure that surfaces after launch. The Assess engagement is fixed-scope and de-risks the build. You can act on its roadmap with or without us.
What does "governed" actually add?
Evaluation harnesses, tool-level permission boundaries, tracing on every decision, and monitoring that catches drift. It is the difference between a system you can demo and one you can defend six months later when someone asks why it did what it did.
Do I need all three engagements?
No. Many clients start and stop at the audit. Others go straight from audit to build. Monitor is for teams running systems they need to keep compliant over time. Each step earns the next, none assumes the others.
